The rate of diagnosis is the unique number of people in a calendar year with the diagnosis specified.

What methodology is being used?

HCCI uses diagnosis and procedure codes from medical and pharmacy claims data to report rates of diseases and outcomes by calendar year.

What can I discover from this data?

This dashboard allows users to monitor the rates of relevant diseases and use of quality indicators over time and across geographic areas in the US. Users can filter and stratify each measure by payer and demographic factors.
